DISABLE WINDOWS DATA EXECUTION PREVENTION

System Properties - Advanced - Startup and Recovery - Settings - System Startup

Click Edit

In Notepad change /NoExecute=OptIn to /NoExecute=AlwaysOff

Save and restart.
